Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

Your Face Report (the "Service", at yourfacereport.com; "we", "us") operates under the laws of the United States. By using the Service, buying a report, or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service offers:

• Free studies that measure facial proportions from a photo entirely in your browser;
• The full report, a one-time digital purchase: measurements, a written analysis and plan, AI-generated hairstyle previews and a styling concept, a color palette, a web report and a PDF.

The Service uses third-party AI models — Google Gemini for photo review and image generation and Anthropic Claude for written analysis — accessed through OpenRouter. Availability may depend on these providers.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to buy a report, and you may only upload a photo of yourself that you have the right to use. You can buy without an account (your report opens in the browser you paid with, and you can copy its private link). Sign-in is with Google; keep your Google account secure.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout in US dollars. The full report is $14.99, charged once; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo Pancake, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Waffo Pancake handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing and refunds. Your card statement shows a Waffo Pancake descriptor. Card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is never stored by us.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally, usually within a few minutes of payment, as a web page and a PDF. If your report can't be completed, its page says so; email us and we will retry it or refund you.

6. Refunds

• Before your report is ready: full refund on request, for any reason.
• Once your report is ready (generated and delivered to your report page), the purchase is final and is not refunded.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges: always refunded.
• If we can't complete your report because of a fault on our side, we refund you in full.
• If our safety checks stop your photo, we delete it, tell you why and let you upload a different photo to the same report (up to three photos in total) at no extra cost. As the report hasn't been generated, you can ask for a full refund instead.
• Statutory withdrawal rights in your country (for example the EU/UK 14-day right) are not affected where they apply.

To request a refund, email support@yourfacereport.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued by Waffo Pancake to your original payment method. See also our Refund Policy. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we reply within 2 business days.

7. What the report is — and isn't

Scores describe where your proportions sit within typical ranges; they are not a measure of your worth or attractiveness, and 100 is not a goal. Measurements from a single photo are affected by camera angle, lens and lighting. AI-generated images are styling concepts, not predictions of how you will look. The Service gives cosmetic and styling information only — it is not medical, psychological or dermatological advice, and it never recommends surgical or injectable procedures.

8. Your content and AI output

You keep all rights to your photo. You give us a limited license to process it only to provide your report, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photo or data to train AI models. Subject to these Terms, you own the report and images created for you and may use them for any lawful personal purpose, but not to impersonate anyone or mislead others about their origin.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you may not upload photos of other people, of minors, or sexual or violent content; try to bypass our safety checks; or use the Service, its outputs or its models to build a competing service, scrape it, or train AI models.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI output, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time from Delete my data.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Please contact us first at support@yourfacereport.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the version and date above and, for material changes, notify customers by email before they take effect. Purchases are governed by the Terms in force when you bought.
