Acceptable Use Policy

Your Face Report analyzes a customer's own portrait and generates styling images from it. This policy sets the content standards for everything uploaded to and generated by the Service, explains how we moderate it, how to report a problem, and what we do about violations. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy covers photos you upload, images we generate from them (hairstyle previews and styling concepts), and written reports. Users cannot enter free-text image prompts: every generation prompt is written by our system from your measurements and the analysis of your photo.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, or try to make the Service generate, any of the following:

1. Pornography or sexual content (NSFW), including nudity.
2. Violence or gore, including injury or self-harm imagery.
3. Hate speech or hateful symbols targeting people for who they are.
4. Child-unsafe content. Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) is reported to the authorities. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed at all.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Only upload a photo of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people, celebrities or public figures, or use outputs to impersonate anyone or deceive people about their origin.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement, including photos you do not have the right to use.

You also may not try to bypass our safety checks, automate or scrape the Service, or use its outputs to train AI models.

3. How we moderate

Moderation runs on every report, at two stages:

• Before generation (input): every uploaded photo is checked by an AI vision model (Google Gemini). Processing stops — the photo is deleted, and you are told why and can upload a different photo — if the person clearly appears to be a child (an estimated age entirely under 18), or if it is not an ordinary photo of one real person's face (for example nudity, sexual or violent content, a drawing, or a photo of a public figure). You confirm you are 18 or older before paying; this check is a backstop. There is no free-text prompt for users to misuse.
• After generation, before display (output): every generated image is compared with the original by an AI vision model. It is kept only if it is safe and still looks like the same person; otherwise it is regenerated once and then discarded.
• Records: the result of every check is logged with the report and kept for as long as the report (at most 12 months).
• Human review: reports flagged by users or by our checks are reviewed by us personally.

Generated images are labeled as AI-generated in the report and PDF, together with the models used.

4. Reporting

If you see content that breaks this policy, or believe an image of you was created without your consent, email support@yourfacereport.com with the subject "Report", the report link or number if you have it, and what is wrong. Reports are confidential.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may: refuse or stop processing; delete the content immediately; suspend or close the account; and report illegal content — in particular any content involving minors — to the competent authorities. When our checks stop a report, the photo is deleted straight away and you can upload a different photo to the same report (up to three photos in total); repeated or serious violations mean we will refuse further photos and orders.

6. Appeals

If you think we acted in error, reply to our message or email support@yourfacereport.com with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. We review appeals personally and respond within 10 business days.
